Binaural Studio Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Pilgrim's Quill Media Group handles information in the Binaural Studio Android application ("Binaural Studio" or "the app").

Based on the current version of Binaural Studio, the app is designed to operate offline. It stores listening preferences locally on the user’s device and does not transmit personal data to Pilgrim's Quill Media Group.

Information the app stores

The app may store user-selected listening preferences and session settings locally on the device so those preferences can be available the next time the app is used. This locally stored information is not intended to identify a user and is not transmitted to Pilgrim's Quill Media Group by the current version of the app.

Information the app does not currently use

The current version of Binaural Studio does not include developer-created user accounts, advertising, analytics, cloud synchronization, or a developer-operated server backend. The app does not currently collect, sell, share, or transmit personal data to Pilgrim's Quill Media Group.

Audio content

Binaural Studio includes audio content for personal listening. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, treatment, cure, prevention, or guaranteed-outcome services or claims.

Data retention and deletion

Because the current version of the app stores preferences locally on the user’s device and does not transmit those preferences to Pilgrim's Quill Media Group, users can generally remove locally stored app preferences by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app through their device settings. Device behavior may vary by Android version and device manufacturer.

Children

Binaural Studio is not designed to collect personal information from children. The current version does not provide developer-created accounts or transmit personal information to Pilgrim's Quill Media Group.

Third-party services

The current version of Binaural Studio does not include third-party advertising, analytics, cloud-sync, or developer-operated backend services. If a future version adds a third-party service or changes how information is handled, this Privacy Policy and the app’s Google Play data disclosures will be updated before that version is released.

Changes to this policy

Pilgrim's Quill Media Group may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s features or information-handling practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
